용인특례시, ‘산사태취약지역’ 4곳 신규 지정 고시

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 용인특례시는 여름철 집중호우와 국지성 폭우로 인한 산사태 피해를 적극적으로 예방하기 위해 산사태 발생 위험이 높은 지역 4곳을 '산사태취약지역'으로 신규 지정하고 14일 고시했다.

시는 지난 4일 시청 컨퍼런스룸에서 '2025년 용인시 산사태취약지역 지정위원회'를 열고 심의 안건 20건을 심사하여 최종 4건을 신규 지정했다.

이 회의에는 산림 관련 전문가와 관계 공무원이 참석해 현장 조사 결과, 지형적 요인, 주변 주거지 영향 등을 종합적으로 평가했다. 

새로 지정된 4곳은 처인구 남사읍 북리 산104-6번지(689㎡), 처인구 마평동 165-1번지(495㎡), 처인구 운학동 산4-1번지(2,208㎡), 처인구 원삼면 목신리 산4-1번지(1,766㎡)이다.
