경기도 특별사법경찰단, 불법행위 단속 예고

15일 특사경에 따르면 이번 주요 단속내용은 ▲개발제한구역, 상수원보호구역 등 영업신고 제한지역 내 미신고 식품접객업 영업행위 ▲식품접객업 신고하지 않고 운영하는 캠핑형 셀프바비큐장 ▲제품명, 내용량, 원재료명, 제조연월일, 소비기한 미표시 등 표시기준 위반행위 ▲소비기한 경과 제품 사용 등 영업자의 준수사항 위반행위 ▲냉장·냉동 제품 보관 및 판매 적정 여부 등 식품취급기준 위반사항이다.

식품위생법에 따라 식품접객업 신고를 하지 않고 식품접객 행위를 할 경우, 소비기한 경과 제품 사용 등 영업자의 준수사항을 위반할 경우, 식품표시광고법에 따라 제품명, 내용량, 원재료명, 제조연월일, 소비기한 미표시 등 표시기준을 위반할 경우 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만 원 이하의 벌금이 부과된다.

단속은 오는 10월 12일부터 23일까지 도내 상수원보호구역 등 영업신고 제한지역 내에서 음식점·카페 형태로 운영하는 업소와 캠핑형 셀프바비큐장 등 150여 곳을 대상으로 진행될 전망이다.
