경기도, 노후계획도시 설명회 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도가 오는 16일 시흥 정왕평생학습관과 17일 수원 영통종합사회복지관에서 ‘노후계획도시 찾아가는 정책설명회’를 개최한다.

이번 설명회는 개발 후 20년이 지난 대규모 택지개발지 주민을 대상으로 노후계획도시 정비제도와 도의 정비방향, 타 지자체 기본계획 사례 등을 안내하기 위해 마련됐다. 경기주택도시공사도 함께 참석해 사전컨설팅 지원 내용과 공공기관의 역할을 설명하고 주민 의견을 수렴할 예정이다.

지역 주민의 정비사업에 대한 이해도가 제고되고 주민 의견 수렴을 통한 효율적인 노후계획도시 정비기본계획 수립에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
