경기도, 민관산학 협력으로 고립·은둔 청년 마음건강 지원 추진

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도와 경기도미래세대재단이 6일 SK디스커버리, 덕성여자대학교, 하루명상(주)와 ‘경기 고립·은둔 청년 마음건강 프로젝트를 위한 민관산학 업무협약’을 체결했다.

이번 프로젝트는 고립·은둔 청년의 정서 회복과 자립을 돕기 위해 명상·마음챙김·긍정심리 훈련(MMPT) 기반의 마음돌봄 프로그램을 제공하는 사업이다. 온라인 강의와 모바일 앱을 활용한 일상 실습을 결합해 청년 스스로 마음을 다스리도록 도우며, 각 기관은 행정·예산 지원, 프로그램 기획 및 전문 콘텐츠 제공 등 분야별 역할을 분담해 협력한다.
