경기주택도시공사, 도내 공무원 대상 ‘정기 주거복지교육’ 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원  이현준기자] 경기주택도시공사(GH)가 운영하는 경기도 주거복지센터가 30일 도내 시·군 주거복지 담당 공무원을 대상으로 ‘정기 주거복지교육’을 개최했다.

이번 교육은 최일선 담당자들의 제도 이해도 향상과 현장 대응 역량 강화를 위해 마련됐다.

수강자 사전 수요를 반영해 공공임대주택 특성 이해, 실제 상담 사례 공유, 도민 유형별 맞춤형 임대주택 매칭 실무 등 실현 가능하고 전문성 높은 현장 중심 프로그램으로 구성해 교육 실무 활용도를 극대화했다.

시·군 주거복지 담당 공무원의 행정 전문성과 실무 대응력을 대폭 제고함으로써, 주거 취약계층을 비롯한 도민들에게 더욱 신속하고 정확한 맞춤형 주거복지 서비스를 제공하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
