수원특례시의회, 제13대 의회 개원 기념 ‘개원예배’ 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 수원특례시의회가 29일 오전 의회 1층 다목적실에서 제13대 수원특례시의회 개원을 기념하는 ‘수원특례시의회 개원예배’를 개최했다.
