수원특례시의회 도시미래위원회, 피지컬 인공지능산업 육성 조례안 원안가결

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 수원특례시의회 도시미래위원회가 23일 제403회 임시회 상임위원회를 열고 수원시 피지컬 인공지능산업 육성 및 지원 조례안을 심사해 원안가결했다.

이번 조례안은 로봇과 제조 등 물리적 환경과 결합하는 피지컬 인공지능 기술 발전에 발맞추어 관련 산업의 육성과 지원을 위한 제도적 기반을 마련하고자 제출됐다.

배지환 위원장은 기존 인공지능산업 육성 조례와의 중복성을 지적하며 기본계획 수립 및 실태조사 내용의 실효성을 면밀히 검토했다. 심사된 안건은 오는 29일 제2차 본회의에서 최종 의결된다.

제도적 기반 마련을 통해 신산업 육성 동력을 확보하고 관련 산업 생태계 조성에 기여할 것으로 보인다.
