시흥시의회, 예산·결산 심사 및 자치법규 입안 직무교육 실시

이번 교육은 제10대 의회 개원에 따라 실무 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련됐으며, 특히 제337회 임시회에서 다룰 2026년도 제2회 추가경정 예산안 심사를 앞두고 전문성을 높이는 데 초점을 맞췄다.

교육은 박용진 지방자치의정연구소 소장이 강사로 나서 지방재정의 이해와 예산·결산 심사 핵심기법, 자치법규 입안 등을 중심으로 진행했다.
