이번 교육은 아마존 진출을 희망하는 소상공인 30명을 대상으로 7월 7일과 14일 총 2회 과정으로 운영된다. 참가자들은 개인 노트북을 활용해 판매자 계정 개설, 상품 등록, FBA 물류 대행 서비스 활용법, 마케팅 전략 등을 직접 실습하며 해외 온라인 수출에 필요한 실무 역량을 체계적으로 익히게 된다.
