경기주택도시공사, 전세사기 피해자 권리구제 법률교육 실시

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기주택도시공사가 운영하는 경기도 전세피해 및 예방지원센터가 전세사기 피해자를 대상으로 권리구제 법률안내 교육을 실시했다.

대한변협법률구조재단과 협업한 이번 교육은 민사소송, 강제집행 등 법적 구제 절차와 내용증명 등 실무 과정을 안내했으며 변호사 1대1 맞춤형 상담을 함께 진행했다. 지금까지 2회에 걸쳐 250여 명이 참여했으며, 센터는 직장인들을 위해 토요일에 운영되는 후속 교육을 오는 9월 부천, 10월 안산에서 이어갈 계획이다.

이번 교육은 복잡한 사법 절차로 어려움을 겪는 전세사기 피해자들에게 실질적인 법률 지식과 맞춤형 상담을 제공하여 스스로 권리를 구제할 수 있는 역량을 키우는 효과가 있다.

토요일 맞춤형 일정과 현장 중심의 1대1 변호사 상담을 통해 피해자들의 접근성과 만족도를 크게 높인 것으로 평가된다.
