경기주택도시공사, 전세사기 피해자 대상 권리구제 법률안내 교육 진행

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기주택도시공사가 운영하는 경기도 전세피해 및 예방지원센터는 22일 용인 구갈다목적복지회관에서 전세사기 피해자를 위한 권리구제 법률안내 교육을 열었다.

이번 설명회는 복잡한 사법 절차를 처음 마주한 피해자들에게 실질적인 법률 정보를 제공하고자 마련됐다. 센터는 대한변협법률구조재단의 지원을 받아 올해 설명회 횟수를 총 4회로 확대했다. 이에 따라 6월 용인과 7월 수원의 1·2차 교육에서는 민사소송 및 형사절차를 다루고, 9월 부천과 10월 안산의 3·4차 교육에서는 경·공매 및 배당의 이해를 상세히 설명할 예정이다.

전세사기 피해자들이 직면한 민사소송, 강제집행 등 생소하고 복잡한 법률 절차에 대해 실질적인 대응 능력을 키워주는 효과가 있을 것으로 기대된다.
