박 당선인은 17일 경기도 도시주택실과 정책협의회를 열고 곤지암역세권 2단계 사업계획 승인과 경기광주역세권 2단계 구역 지정 등 신속한 행정절차를 요청했다. 또한 주요 철도 거점에 3만 호 규모 주거단지를 짓는 ‘역세권 신도시 개발 계획’과 용인 반도체 국가산단 연계 AI 연구협력단지 조성 방안을 제시하며 경기 동부권 첨단 거점도시 육성 구상을 밝혔다.
