경기주택도시공사, ‘2026년 주거복지사업 아이디어 공모’사업 최종 선정

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기주택도시공사(GH)가 운영하는 경기도 주거복지센터가 지역 맞춤형 주거복지 정책을 발굴하고 현장 중심의 사업을 확산하기 위한 2026년 경기도 주거복지사업 아이디어 공모 최종 선정 결과를 29일 발표했다.

이번 공모는 신규 센터의 참여를 유도하는 참여형과 기존 센터의 성과를 평가하는 경쟁형으로 구분해 진행됐으며 서면 및 발표 심사를 거쳐 총 10개 사업이 최종 선정됐다. 특히 발표심사는 전문가 컨설팅 중심으로 진행돼 사업 실행력을 높였으며 선정된 사업들은 반지하 주거환경 개선, 생활안전 지원, 노인가구 주거돌봄, 집수리 교육, 주거취약계층 정착 지원 등 지역 현안을 반영한 생활밀착형 사업들로 구성됐다.
