경기주택도시공사, 2026년 보상실무 워크숍 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기주택도시공사는 GH 본사에서 도내 31개 시·군 및 기초 도시공사 보상업무 담당자 100여 명을 대상으로 2026년 보상실무 워크숍을 개최했다.

이번 워크숍은 경기도 내 개발사업의 신속한 추진을 위해 보상 절차의 공정성과 전문성을 높이고 보상 담당자들의 실무 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다. 교육은 4개의 실무사례 중심 강의로 진행됐으며 보상 경력이 짧은 실무자도 즉시 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 실질적인 내용으로 구성돼 참석자들의 호응을 얻었다. 보상전문기관인 GH는 2023년부터 매년 시·군 및 개발공사 보상담당자 대상 워크숍을 실시해오고 있다.

이번 워크숍은 경기도 전역의 개발사업 보상 담당자 간 실무 노하우를 공유하고 전문성을 평준화함으로써 도내 각종 도시개발 프로젝트의 행정 신뢰도와 신속성을 크게 높일 것으로 기대된다.
