용인도시공사, 공정성 강화한 2026년 수의계약 운영계획 수립

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 용인도시공사는 공정하고 투명한 계약문화 정착과 지역경제 활성화를 위해 2026년 수의계약 운영계획을 수립했다.

이번 계획은 지난 2025년 수의계약 운영 결과를 분석하고 행정사무감사 개선사항을 반영해 수의계약 운영의 공정성과 형평성을 강화하는 데 중점을 뒀다.

공사는 특정 업체에 계약이 편중되는 현상을 방지하기 위해 동일 업체와의 수의계약 체결 횟수를 제한한다. 추정가격 1천만 원 이하 계약은 업체별 연 3회까지, 1천만 원 초과 2천만 원 이하 계약은 연 1회까지로 제한하며 3년을 초과한 연속 계약을 지양한다. 또한 수의계약 의향 업체 홈페이지 등록제를 도입해 참여 희망 업체의 면허, 실적, 기술인력 등 정보를 사전에 등록하도록 하고 발주 담당자가 이를 검토해 신규 및 관내 업체에 균등한 참여 기회를 제공한다.

아울러 사회적경제기업과의 수의계약을 확대해 추정가격 5천만 원 이하는 1인 수의계약, 5천만 원 초과 1억 원 이하는 2인 견적 수의계약 방식으로 추진하며 모든 계약의 사전 발주계획을 나라장터와 공사 홈페이지에 투명하게 공개할 예정이다.
