여주시, 2026년 1월 1일 기준 개별주택가격 결정·공시

올해 여주시의 개별주택가격은 전년 대비 1.77% 상승했으며 3억 원 이하 주택이 전체의 96.14%인 2만 1781호로 나타났다. 용도지역별로는 관리지역 내 주택이 80% 이상으로 가장 많았고 최고가 주택은 점동면에 위치한 단독주택으로 조사됐다.
