이천시, 2026년 표준지 공시지가 평균 2.06% 상승

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=이천 이현준기자] 국토교통부의 2026년도 표준지 공시지가가 1월 23일 결정 및 공시됐다.

전국 표준지 공시지가가 지난해 대비 3.35% 상승한 가운데 이천시의 표준지 공시지가는 2.06% 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 이천시의 개별공시지가 표준지 수는 총 3,332필지로 전년보다 1필지 증가했다.

이용 상황별 상승률을 살펴보면 주거용 2.05%, 상업용 2.19%, 주상용 1.81%, 공업용 3.02%를 기록했다. 읍면동별로는 진리동이 3.9%로 가장 높은 상승률을 보였으며 호법면 3.86%, 대포동 2.76% 순으로 조사됐다.
