경상원, ‘가족의 날 정시퇴근’ 제도로 가족 친화 문화 조성 앞장

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도시장상권진흥원(이하 경상원)은 연말을 맞아 가족 친화적 문화 조성을 위해 지난 17일 ‘가족의 날 정시퇴근’ 제도를 시행했다.

‘가족의 날 정시퇴근’ 제도는 경상원 임직원들의 일 가정 양립을 독려하고 기관내 가족 친화적 문화를 조성하기 위해 이번에 처음 시행됐다.

경상원은 기관 설립 이후 탄력 근무제도, 부양가족 지원제도 등을 활발히운영해 지난해 경기도가 시행하는 ‘경기가족친화 일하기 좋은 기업’에 선정된 바 있다. 이번 ‘가족의 날 정시퇴근’ 제도 역시 출산, 양육자는 물론 임직원이 일하기 좋은 직장 문화를 조성하기 위해 기획된 것으로, 매월 셋째 주 수요일을 시행일로 정했다.
