수원특례시, 자치분권협의회 2025년 정책토론회 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 수원특례시와 수원시 자치분권협의회는 4일 ‘수원시 자치분권협의회 2025년 정책토론회’를 열고, 지방분권 동향과 수원시가 추진할 시민 중심 분권 정책 방향 등을 공유했다.

박진우 수원시정연구원 연구위원의 발제를 시작으로 자치분권협의회 위원들이 참여하는 종합 토론으로 진행됐다.

박진우 연구위원은 지방분권 개념과 대한민국 분권 역사, 시민운동이 제기해 온 정책 촉구와 개헌 요구의 흐름을 소개했다.

이어 독일·프랑스 등의 시민참여형 지방분권 개혁 동력을 분석한 해외 사례와 ‘제도 개선’과 ‘시민 체감도 제고’를 두 축으로 삼는 전략을 미래 과제로 제시했다.
