용인특례시, 법원 공탁금 신속 추심 30억 원 징수

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 용인특례시는 법원 공탁금을 신속히 압류하고 추심해 30억 원을 징수했다.

시는 또 장기 압류 공탁금 정리 계획을 수립해 전국 법원에 압류된 공탁금의 실익 분석으로 18건에 체납액 2억원을 징수했으며, 잔액이 없는 공탁금 압류 199건은 해제하고 정리했다.

앞서 시는 채무변제, 손해배상, 압류 경합 등으로 전국 법원에 있는 공탁금을 전수 조사한 뒤 장기간 미정리된 공탁금을 일일이 찾아내 숨어있는 2억 원을 징수했다.

또한, 광역 단위 법원 공탁금 자료가 통보되기 전에 고액 체납법인의 공탁금 사실 정보를 입수해 신속히 압류하고 동시에 출금해 30억 원을 징수하는 실적을 올렸다.
