용인특례시, 효율·안정성 높인 개인하수처리시설 설치기준 고시

26일 개인하수처리시설의 효율성과 안정성을 높이기 위해 환경부 가이드라인에 맞춰 변경한 설치기준은 2022년 12월 하수도법 개정으로 자치단체의 장이 시행령에서 정한 설치기준 외에 개인하수처리시설의 설계, 시공, 부속 설비 등 필요한 세부사항을 정해 고시할 수 있도록 했으며, 2023년 6월 가이드라인을 마련했다.

이에 시는 고시 외에 하수도법에서 정한 설치기준 강화 사항인 침전분리조 설치 의무화와 오수처리시설 생물반응조 BOD용적부하 기준 설정을 포함해 하수처리계통을 가이드라인에 맞춰 상향 조정했다.

콘크리트 외 재질의 개인하수처리시설을 매설 시 상부 용도, 매립 구조물의 깊이 등을 고려해 보호벽을 설치하도록 규정을 강화했다.

이번에 고시한 설치기준은 1개월이 지난 날부터 시행되며, 시행일부터 신청하는 설치(변경)신고서부터 적용된다.
