용인특례시, 전국 최초 초중고 '맞춤형 제설지도' 제작

【브레이크뉴스 경기남부 = 용인 이현준 기자】 용인특례시가 ‘맞춤형 제설지도’를 제작했다.

이번에 만든 ‘맞춤형 제설지도’는 30일 지역 내 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교 195개교에 대한 이상일 시장의 지시로 겨울철 폭설에 대비해 초중고 통학로에 대한 신속하고 효율적인 제설 작업을 지원하고자 추진됐다.

이 시장은 그간 학부모 간담회에서 ‘폭설 시 통학이 어렵고 인도 제설도 애를 먹고 있다’는 학부모들의 어려움을 접하고, 용인지역 학교 지도를 만들겠다고 밝힌 바 있다.

제설지도는 학교별 진입로와 보도 상태, 접근 동선은 물론 학교 주변 시설물 등을 별도로 분석해 만들어졌다.

제설지도에는 초등학교 107곳, 중학교 53곳, 고등학교 32곳, 특수학교 3곳 등 총 195개교에 대한 학교별 통학로 정보가 담겼다.

시는 제설지도를 활용해 학교 주변 폐쇄회로(CC)TV, 횡단보도 등 교통‧방범시설 등을 함께 담은 ‘통합 학교 안심 지도’를 제작한다는 방침이다.

올해는 주요 통학로 195곳에 제설함을 배치했다.
