2025년 ‘평택청년 취업성공 지원사업’ 교육 성황

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=평택 이현준기자] 평택시는 관내 구직 청년들의 취업 역량을 강화하기 위해 추진한 ‘평택청년 취업성공 지원사업’ 교육이 올해 3월 1기 교육을 시작으로 11월 13일 5기 교육까지 성황리에 종료됐다.

평택시는 이 교육프로그램을 통해 △취업 및 공개채용 동향 파악 △입사지원서 작성법 및 직무 역량 중심 에피소드 작성법 △면접 유형별 진행 방법 및 대응 전략 △면접 1분 자기소개 실습 및 인성 면접 모의실험 △실전 모의 면접 등을 구성하여 진행하였으며, 교육 기간 중에는 1:1 개별 온라인 상담도 제공했다.

교육에 참여한 수료생들은 “혼자서 취업 준비하기가 막막했는데 교육을 통해 취업의 방향성 및 큰 틀을 잡을 수 있어 좋았다”, “자소서 첨삭이 실질적으로 큰 도움이 되었으며, 모의 면접이 부담스러웠지만 면접관들의 피드백과 다른 지원자들의 답변을 듣는 것이 큰 도움이 되었다”고 소감을 전했다.

평택시는 앞으로도 구직 청년들이 실질적인 도움을 받고 취업에 성공할 수 있도록 지원을 이어 나갈 계획이다.
