시흥시, 청년 취업 멘토링 ‘잡(JOB)바톤’ 운영

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=시흥 이현준기자] 시흥시는 청년들의 실질적인 취업 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 오는 11월 26일부터 청년스테이션에서 단계별 취업 멘토링 프로그램인 ‘잡(JOB)바톤’을 운영한다.

이 프로그램은 진로 탐색부터 직무 코칭, 포트폴리오 개선, 면접 준비, 문제 해결 능력 강화까지 취업 전 과정을 체계적으로 지원하는 릴레이형 구조로 구성됐다.

‘잡바톤’은 시흥시 청년정책협의체 창업·일자리분과에서 제안한 사업으로, 취업 준비 과정에서 청년들이 겪는 어려움을 해소하고자 마련됐다. 프로그램은 자기 강점 탐색, 직무별 멘토링, 자기표현력 향상을 위한 첨삭 지도, 기업 문화 이해도 향상, 직무 인터뷰 실습 등 단계별로 전문 멘토의 밀착 피드백을 제공한다.

특히 11월 26일 특강 참석자에게는 취업 준비에 필수적인 증명사진 촬영 지원도 제공된다.
