시흥시의회, 물왕호수 생태·문화·관광 발전 정책토론회 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=시흥 이현준기자] 시흥시의회는 11월 12일 목감동 행정복지센터 3층 다목적강당에서 ‘시민 일상 속 힐링공간, 물왕호수를 위한 정책토론회’를 개최했다.

이번 토론회는 물왕호수의 생태 복원, 도시경관, 문화·관광 콘텐츠 등 종합적인 발전 방향을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.

시민들은 질의응답 시간을 통해 하수처리시설 악취 문제, 만성적인 주차 공간 부족, 화장실 이용 불편, 산책로 관리 미비, 지역 상권과의 협력 체계 미흡 등 일상 속 불편 사항과 현안 해결을 위한 인프라 시설의 종합적 확충을 한목소리로 요구하며 신속한 정책 마련을 주문했다.
