광주시, 경력보유여성 협동조합 간 교류협력 협약 체결

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광주 이현준기자] 광주시는 7일 사단법인 위드커리어 주관으로 협동조합 힐링온원예와 수원시 소재 협동조합 참좋은수다 간의 교류 협력 협약식을 개최했다.

이번 협약은 경력보유여성의 사회 참여 확대와 지역 사회 연계 프로그램 활성화를 목표로 추진됐으며, 양 협동조합은 앞으로 지역 사회와 연계한 특화 프로그램 연구 및 운영, 물적·인적 자원 교류, 상호 협력 네트워크 구축 등에 적극 협력하기로 합의했다.

이번 협약의 주체인 '협동조합 힐링온원예'는 복지 원예사 자격증을 보유한 여성들이 중심이 돼 구성된 동아리로 디딤돌 취업지원사업을 통해 지난 8월 설립됐다.
