성남시, 대한민국 최초 ‘월드 스마트시티 어워즈’ 2년 연속 본선 진출

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=성남 이현준기자] 성남시는 오는 11월 4일부터 6일까지 스페인 바르셀로나에서 열리는 ‘2025 스마트시티 엑스포 월드 콩그레스(SCEWC 2025)’에 참가해, 대한민국 최초로 세계 최고 권위의 ‘월드 스마트시티 어워즈’ 본선에 2년 연속 진출한다.

스마트시티 엑스포 월드 콩그레스는 2011년부터 매년 바르셀로나시와 피라 바르셀로나가 주최·주관하는 세계 최대 규모의 스마트시티 행사이며, 올해는 ‘LIVE BETTER(더 살기 좋은 도시)’를 주제로 전 세계 140여 개국 도시와 기업, 연구기관이 참여한다.
