광주시, 광주·용인 공동취수장 개대체 사업 완료

이번 사업은 총사업비 157억 원을 투입하여 취수펌프 6대 교체증설, 취수관(D=1,500~1,800㎜) 신설(L=157m) 등의 공사를 추진한 것으로, 노후화된 설비의 기능을 개선하고 취수 효율성을 크게 높였다.

이번 개대체(증설) 사업을 통해 광주시는 급격한 인구 증가와 도시 개발에 따른 용수 수요 증가에 대응하기 위해 하루 취수량을 7만㎥ 늘려 기존 33만㎥/일에서 40만㎥일로 증설했다.
