광명시 명품 정책, 전국 지방정부 교과서 되다

시는 자치분권, 평생학습, 기후대응, 자원순환, 사회적경제, 정원도시를 6대 핵심 시정 가치로 삼고 어떤 위기에도 신속하게 대응하고 적응하며 성장하는 ‘지속가능한 도시’로 나아가고 있다.

그 결과 2025 한겨레 지역 회복력 평가 전국 1위, 전국 최초 폐가전 무상 방문수거 우수지자체 경진대회 2회 연속 대상 등 대외적으로 인정을 받으며 지속 가능한 정책 우수 도시의 위상을 입증하고 있다.
