광명시, 시민 공동체와 함께 아동 안전망 구축 나선다

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광명 이현준기자] 광명시는 아동이 안전한 환경에서 밝고 건강하게 성장하도록 돕는 안전망을 지역사회 공동체와 함께 만들겠다고 밝혔다.

시는 28일 오후 한국폴리텍대학 광명융합기술교육원 강당에서 아동범죄 예방 활동을 할 '광명안전단' 발대식을 개최했다.

최근 초등학생 유괴 시도 사건 등으로 아동 안전에 대한 시민들의 불안감이 커지자, 행정과 경찰뿐 아니라 시민 공동체가 참여하는 아동 안전망을 구축하기 위해 '광명안전단'을 구성했다.

'광명안전단'에는 19개 동 주민, 자율방범연합대, 함께하는시민, 녹색어머니회, 학부모폴리스 등 관내 유관단체 활동가 총 298명이 참여한다.
