평택시, 공유재산 임대료 최대 50% 감면

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=평택 이현준기자] 평택시 시장 정장선이 경기침체로 어려움을 겪는 소상공인 및 중소기업을 지원하기 위해 올해 시 공유재산을 임차한 소상공인 및 중소기업을 대상으로 임대료를 최대 50% 감면한다고 밝혔다.

이번 조치는 지난 9월 공유재산 및 물품 관리법 시행령 개정과 행정안전부 소상공인 등에 대한 공유재산 사용 부담 완화 적용 기간에 관한 고시에 근거하여 시행한다.

이에 따라 시는 올해 1월부터 12월까지 부과한 임대료 사용료 대부료에 대해 기존 임대 요율을 50% 인하하여 산출한 감면액을 11월부터 임차인에게 환급할 예정이다.

지원 범위는 해당 기간 내 소상공인기본법 및 중소기업기본법 제2조 기준 소상공인 및 중소기업이 경영하는 업종에 직접 사용 목적으로 임대받아 사용한 사실이 있는 경우이다. 다만 도로 공원 하천 등 공유재산 및 물품 관리법이 아닌 타 법률에 따른 사용료와 일반유흥주점업 무도유흥주점업 기타 사행시설 관련 업종은 감면 대상에서 제외된다.
