경기도, 광주 곤지암역세권(2단계) 도시개발구역 지정

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도는 광주시의 요청에 따라 곤지암역세권(2단계) 도시개발사업의 구역 지정 및 개발계획을 수립했다고 22일 밝혔다.

곤지암역세권(2단계) 도시개발사업은 경강선 곤지암역을 중심축으로 광장, 근린공원, 주차장, 자족시설을 유기적으로 연계하고, 공동주택을 조화롭게 배치해 2,065세대, 4,956인을 수용하는 친환경적인 자족도시 주거환경 사업이다.
