화성시중독관리통합지원센터, 정신건강의 날 보건복지부장관 표창 수상

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성시중독관리통합지원센터가 지난 15일 서울 웨스틴조선호텔에서 열린 '정신건강의 날' 기념행사에서 보건복지부장관 표창을 수상했다.

보건복지부는 정신질환에 대한 편견을 해소하고 정신건강의 중요성을 환기시키기 위해 10월 10일을 정신건강의 날로 지정해 매년 기념하고 있으며, 정신 건강 증진에 기여한 단체와 개인을 선정해 포상하고 있다.

화성시중독관리통합지원센터는 인터넷과 스마트폰 사용 조절에 어려움을 겪는 청소년을 위한 '아웃터넷 프로그램'을 직접 개발해, 지역사회 내 정신건강 문제 해결에 중요한 역할을 해왔다는 점에서 정신건강 우수 프로그램 운영기관으로 선정됐다.
