광주시, 제4회 식품진흥기금 심의위원회 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광주 이현준기자] 광주시는 지난 2일 시청 이음홀에서 ‘제4회 식품진흥기금 심의위원회’를 개최했다.

이번 회의에는 당연직과 위촉직을 포함한 6명의 위원이 참석해 2026년도 식품진흥기금 운용계획(안)을 심의했다.

심의위원회는 학계, 외식업계, 위생·영양 등 관련 분야 전문가로 구성돼 시민이 체감할 수 있는 안전하고 건강한 먹거리 환경 조성 방안에 대해 다양한 의견을 나눴다.

위원장인 김충범 부시장은 인사말을 통해 “식품진흥기금은 시민들의 건강하고 안전한 먹거리 환경을 조성하기 위한 중요한 재원으로 시민이 신뢰할 수 있는 식품 안전 정책을 지속적으로 추진해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 시는 이번 심의 결과를 반영해 오는 10월 중순까지 2026년도 식품진흥기금 운용계획을 최종 확정하고 내년도 예산 편성을 위해 시의회에 제출할 예정이다.
