화성특례시, 송산그린시티 국가산업단지 미래차 클러스터 우선 분양 대상자 공모

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성특례시가 송산그린시티 국가산업단지 산업시설용지(화성시 송산면 일원)의 우선 분양 대상자를 선정해 한국수자원공사에 추천하기 위한 공모를 실시한다고 2일 밝혔다.

대상 부지는 산업시설용지 중 미래차 클러스터 9필지(총면적 36,567㎡, 1필지당 3,496㎡ ~ 6,061㎡)이며, 분양 가격은 947,657원/㎡이다.

신청자격은 공고일 이전 화성시 관내 5년 이상 계속해 공장등록이 되어 있으며, 공장등록증의 업종이 입주 대상 업종 중 어느 하나에 해당하는 국내 법인 또는 개인사업자다.
