경기도, '2025년 착한아파트' 3개 단지 선정

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도는 오산 원동청구, 안양 관악부영, 군포 산본래미안하이어스 3개 아파트 단지를 '2025년 경기도 착한아파트'로 선정했다고 2일 밝혔다.

도는 지난해부터 공동주택 관리종사자의 처우 개선과 입주민 및 관리종사자 간 상생 문화 확산을 위해 착한아파트를 선정하고 있다. 도는 앞서 시군의 자체 평가 후 추천된 단지를 대상으로 9월 9일부터 24일까지 평가를 진행했는데, 평가 과정에서는 단지 규모에 따라 500세대 미만(Ⅰ그룹), 500세대 이상 1천 세대 미만(Ⅱ그룹), 1천 세대 이상(Ⅲ그룹)의 3개 그룹으로 나눠 그룹별 1위 단지를 선정했다.
