용인시의회 탄소중립연구소Ⅲ, 기후 불평등 해소 정책대안 최종보고회 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 용인특례시의회 의원연구단체 ‘탄소중립연구소Ⅲ’는 지난 29일 시의회 대회의실에서 ‘용인시 기후 불평등 해소 정책대안’ 연구용역 최종보고회를 개최했다.

‘탄소중립연구소Ⅲ’은 ‘용인형 2050 탄소중립 실현’을 목표로 지난 6월부터 단국대학교 산학협력단과 함께 연구를 진행해 왔으며, 용인시의 기후 정의 실태와 불평등 양상을 종합적으로 조사 분석하고 실질적인 정책 대안을 도출하는 데 중점을 뒀다.

이날 최종보고회에는 연구단체 소속 의원을 비롯해 시 기후대기과, 미래성장전략과, 재난대응담당관 등 관계 공무원 및 연구진이 참석했다. 단국대학교 산학협력단은 그동안 진행해 온 연구 성과를 종합 발표하며, 용인시가 탄소중립사회로 전환하기 위해 필요한 대응 방향과 실천 계획을 제시했다.
