경기주택도시공사, 다산 포레스트2단지 '2025 대한민국 국토대전' 수상

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기주택도시공사(GH)의 다산 포레스트2단지 영구국민임대주택이 '2025 대한민국 국토대전'에서 대한국토·도시계획학회장상을 수상했다.

이 단지는 공공임대주택 입주민과 지역 주민을 위한 맞춤형 복지, 세대 간 교류, 자립 지원 프로그램을 도입해 지속가능한 주거복지 모델로서의 우수성을 인정받았다.

다산 포레스트2단지는 기존 공공임대주택의 획일적인 설계에서 벗어나 세련된 외관 디자인, 개방형 구조, 친환경 자재, 무장애 설계를 적용하여 주거 품질을 높였다.
