오산시의회, 공공시설 운영 개선 방안 연구 결과 발표

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=오산 이현준기자] 오산시의회 의원연구단체 ‘오산시민 생활정책 실천연구회’는 지난 19일 의회 제2회의실에서 「오산시 위탁운영 공공시설 및 기관의 시민 이용 만족도 조사 및 운영 방안에 관한 연구」 최종보고회를 열었다고 밝혔다.

이번 연구는 오산시가 위탁 운영하는 공공시설의 이용 현황을 종합적으로 분석하고 시민 만족도를 조사해 향후 운영 개선 방안을 제안하기 위한 것으로, 지난 5월부터 약 4개월간 진행됐다.

이날 보고회에서는 연구 용역을 맡은 ‘그레이라운지필름’ 최혁수 대표 외 2인이 연구 결과를 발표하고, 공공시설 운영 효율성과 시민 편의를 높이기 위한 다양한 정책 제안을 제시했다. 이어진 질의응답 시간에는 의원들과 연구진이 시민 의견 반영 방안과 운영 전략에 대해 깊이 있는 논의를 했다.

조미선 대표 의원은 “이번 연구로 나온 정책 제안이 시민들의 만족도를 높이고 공공서비스 품질을 향상시키는 데 기여하기를 바란다”며 “앞으로도 시민 중심의 생활정책 연구 활동을 계속해나가겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 이번 연구 결과는 10월 심의위원회 심사를 거쳐 11월 의회 홈페이지에 공개될 예정이다.
