경과원, ‘2025 Best of CHAMP’서 전국 최우수기관 선정

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도경제과학진흥원(이하 경과원)이 4일 용산 드래곤시티에서 열린 '2025 Best of CHAMP' 시상식에서 고용노동부 장관상을 받으며 전국 최우수 기관에 선정됐다.

이번 시상은 고용노동부와 한국산업인력공단이 주관하여 전국 65개 지역산업맞춤형 공동훈련센터의 운영 성과를 평가하는 자리였다. 경과원은 다년간 쌓아온 노하우와 체계적인 교육 프로그램 관리 능력을 바탕으로 훈련 실적, 교육 전담자 전문성, 참여 기업과 교육생 만족도 등 모든 평가 항목에서 높은 점수를 받았다.

경과원은 지난해 목표 대비 146%를 달성하며 877명의 수료생을 배출했다. 특히 계층별 리더십, 이러닝, 기계·IT·품질 등 20여 개 분야의 맞춤형 직무 교육을 제공해 최근 3년간 총 2,218명의 교육생을 양성하며 지역 기업의 경쟁력 강화에 기여했다. 2015년부터 10년간 운영 경험을 바탕으로 강사 관리, 과정 개설 등 정성 지표에서도 우수한 평가를 받았다.
