경과원, 광교테크노밸리 입주 유망기업 모집

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도경제과학진흥원(이하 경과원)은 수원시 영통구 광교테크노밸리 내 경기R&DB센터와 광교비즈니스센터에 입주할 유망 벤처·중소기업을 연중 수시 모집한다고 14일 밝혔다.

광교테크노밸리는 경기 남부권의 첨단 지식산업 거점으로 입지적 강점을 활용해 기술력과 성장 잠재력을 갖춘 기업에게 안정적인 성장 환경을 제공하고 있다.

차세대융합기술연구원, 한국나노기술원 등 정보기술(IT), 생명공학기술(BT), 나노기술(NT) 기업지원에 최적화된 첨단산업단지로써 현재 180여 개 기업 및 연구소가 입주해 있다.

특히 인근에 경기대학교, 아주대학교, 성균관대학교 등 우수 인재 배출 대학이 위치해 인력 확보와 산학협력 여건이 뛰어나다.

모집 대상은 벤처기업 등록업체, 지식기반산업·지식산업·정보통신산업 업종을 영위하는 중소기업이다. 현재 두 센터를 합쳐 약 110개 기업이 입주 가능한 규모를 보유하고 있다.

경기R&DB센터와 광교비즈니스센터는 신분당선과 광교 중심상업지 인근에 위치해 교통 접근성이 우수하고, 사무실과 실험실뿐 아니라 입주기업 전용 회의실, 대교육실 등 비즈니스 지원 인프라도 갖췄다.

두 센터 모두 서울 강남까지 약 30분, 인천·김포공항과 평택항 접근이 용이해 국내외 물류 흐름에도 강점을 지니고 있다.

임대차 계약기간은 2년을 원칙으로 하며 최대 10년까지 갱신할 수 있다. 입주공간은 60~244㎡의 다양한 규모로, 월 임대료는 경기R&DB센터가 ㎡당 8,882원, 광교비즈니스센터가 ㎡당 9,835원이다. 임대보증금 및 실험실은 별도 산정한다.

입주 절차는 입주신청서 제출, 1·2차 심사, 계약 체결, 입주 순으로 진행된다. 경기도유망중소기업·일자리우수기업·가족친화기업·착한기업 인증서를 제출하면 심사에서 가점을 받을 수 있다.
