오산시, 세교3지구 국토부 중토위 공익성 심의 통과

세교3 공공주택지구 조성사업(이하 세교3지구 조성사업)이 최근 국토교통부 중앙토지수용 위원회(이하 중토위)공익성 심의를 통과하면서다.

해당 지구는 지난 2009년 지구지정이 됐다가 2011년 취소된 이력이 있어 지구 재지정이 쉽지 않다는 의견이 있었다.
