용인특례시, 지역건축사 소통 간담회 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 용인특례시는 지난 6월 30일 용인지역 건축사회 대회의실에서 간담회를 개최했다.

이날 간담회는 시 건축 정책 방향을 설명하고, 현장의 애로사항과 건의사항을 청취하고자 마련됐다.

간담회에는 시 관계자와 용인지역 건축사 10명 등 총 16명이 참석했다.

시는 간담회에서 ▲건축행정 표준안 운영 ▲공공임대주택 주차기준 완화 기준 마련 ▲건축(해체) 공사장 방음·안전시설 개선 계획 ▲대규모 근로자 임시숙소 설치 기준 수립 등 추진 중인 주요 정책을 설명했다.

또 건축물 품질 확보와 유지관리 수준을 강화하기 위한 건축사 재능기부 사업 활성화 방안, 도로 정보 시스템 개선, 전기차 화재 예방시설 설치 의무화 기준 등에 대해서도 의견을 나눴다.

시 관계자는 “앞으로도 반기별 간담회를 개최해 의견 교류의 장을 마련하고, 지역 건축사와 실질적인 소통과 정책 협업을 강화하겠다”며 “앞으로도 현장의 목소리를 지속적으로 반영해 시민과 지역 전문가가 함께 만들어가는 건축행정을 실현하겠다”고 말했다.
