경과원, ‘경기 AI 혁신클러스터’ 기업·대학 유치

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도와 경기도경제과학진흥원은 오는 24일까지 제2판교 ‘경기 AI 혁신클러스터’에 입주할 인공지능(AI) 선도기업과 대학·연구소를 모집한다고 2일 밝혔다.

이번 모집은 경기도가 인공지능 산업 중심지로 조성 중인 ‘경기 AI 혁신클러스터’에 기술력과 전문성을 갖춘 기업 및 대학(연구소)을 유치해, 도내 AI 산업 생태계 기반을 강화하고 산·학·연 협력 시너지를 창출하기 위해 추진된다.

경과원은 이를 통해 제2판교를 중심으로 한 AI 산업의 지역 거점화를 본격화할 계획이다.

모집 대상은 AI 분야에서 일정 성과를 거둔 선도기업 1개사와, 기술이전 또는 공동연구가 가능한 대학 또는 연구소 1개 기관이다.

AI 선도기업은 지난해 연매출 20억 원 이상 또는 누적 투자 100억 원 이상 상주 인원 15명 이상이어야 한다. 대학·연구소는 AI 관련 학과(센터) 운영 또는 정부 과제 수행 등 기술사업화 실적과 함께 상주 인원 10명 이상이어야 신청할 수 있다.
