이날 준공식에는 정장선 평택시장을 비롯해 평택시의회 의장 강정구 의원, 홍기원 국회의원, 이윤하·소남영 시의원 등 주요 인사와 지역주민 50여 명이 참석했으며, 준공식은 인사말과 내빈 축사, 유공자 표창, 테이프 컷팅 순으로 진행됐다.
