광명시, ‘동료지원인’중심 정신질환 회복 지원체계 구축

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광명 이현준기자] 광명시가 ‘동료지원인’을 중심으로 한 정신질환 회복 지원체계를 구축한다고 18일 밝혔다.

동료지원인은 정신질환 회복 경험이 있는 당사자로, 유사한 경험을 공유한 동료를 평등한 관계에서 지지하는 핵심 인력이다. 센터는 이들이 지역사회 내 고립된 정신질환자의 일상 회복과 사회 복귀를 돕는 중심축이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.
