이번 세미나는 대한무역투자진흥공사(KOTRA) 인베스트코리아, 광명시, 인천국제공항공사가 함께 주최한 행사로, 네덜란드의 한국시장 투자를 촉진하기 위한 목적으로 마련됐다. 네덜란드 기업청(RVO), 브란반트 주정부, 네덜란드 첨단산업 협회(High Tech NL), 반도체·첨단기술 분야를 대표하는 30여 개의 네덜란드 기업 등 한-네 양국의 주요 산·학·연·관 관계자들이 참여했다.
