[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도는 공익사업 추진으로 토지 등이 수용되는 소유자의 권익 보호와 민원 편의를 위해 ‘경기도토지수용위원회 누리집(홈페이지)’을 운영 중이라며, 도민들의 많은 이용을 당부했다.

앞서 도는 지난해 6월 토지 수용과정에 이의가 있는 도민들이 우편 등기를 하거나 도청을 방문하지 않아도 이의신청서를 온라인으로 제출할 수 있도록 경기도토지수용위원회 누리집을 개설한 바 있다.

수용재결에 이의가 있으면 재결서 정본을 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 경기도지방토지수용위원회를 거쳐 중앙토지수용위원회로 이의를 신청해야 하는데, 그간 이의신청서를 주로 등기우편으로 제출해 불편이 있었다.

해당 누리집은 올해 1월 중앙토지수용위원회의 이의신청 단계와 감정평가법인 정보도 확인할 수 있도록 개선됐다.

도는 누리집 이용자 설문조사 결과 등을 반영해 수용재결 신청 접수 이후 경기도토지수용위원회의 수용재결 진행 단계를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있는 기능도 추가 탑재할 예정이다.

이 시스템은 별도의 예산을 투입하지 않고 기존 경기도 대표 누리집 시스템을 활용해 개발한 것으로, 2025년 상반기 경기도 적극행정 우수사례로 선정됐다.
