이에 따라 도는 사전수요조사를 통해 참여를 신청한 수원시 등 16개 시군약 1,080km 구간을 대상으로 지표투과레이더 탐사를 할 계획이다. 총사업비 21억6천만 원으로 지반탐사 대상지는 도심지 및 대형 굴착공사장 주변이다.
