[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 용인특례시는 오는 21일 오후 2시부터 5시까지 처인구 삼가동 용인미르스타디움 2층 데크 광장에서 올해 첫 일자리박람회를 연다.

이번 박람회에선 50개 기업이 참가, 40개사는 현장 면접을 통해, 10개사는 비대면 면접을 통해 270명을 채용할 예정이다.

참가 기업 가운데 반도체 생산·제조기업 ㈜에프앤에스와 유비머트리얼즈 주식회사 등은 반도체 장비 제조 생산직 인재를 찾는다.

IT전산장비 유지보수 업체인 ㈜엠아이티마스는 IT자산‧PC세팅, 출고, 배송관리 등 다양한 직군의 인재를 채용한다.

이케아 코리아 유한회사, 주식회사 코코, ㈜후니드, 제일헬스사이언스, 미래개발(주) 등도 서비스직, 생산직, 단체급식 조리사, 의료보조원, 골프장 코스관리원 등을 뽑는다.

주식회사 지에스티, 아름다운 방문요양센터 등 10곳은 키오스크를 활용한 비대면 방식으로 면접을 본다.

청년 구직자를 위한 ‘직무멘토링관’도 마련된다. 영업관리, IT개발·데이터, 공사·공기업, 엔터테이먼트, 유통·물류, 경영지원·인사, 반도체·마케팅·홍보 등 8개 분야의 전·현직 전문가가 참여해 소그룹 특강형식으로 직무별 취업 준비를 돕는다. 이력서 사진 촬영, AI면접 컨설팅, 진로성향검사, 직업흥미검사관 등 다양한 부스와 지역 농산물과 특산품을 판매하는 로컬푸드 직거래장터도 운영된다.
